As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality medical components:
- Set up and operate production & CNC machinery
- Monitor machine performance during production runs
- Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make basic adjustments
- Follow strict cleanroom and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow
- 2+ years of machine operating experience
- Experience with machine setup, operation, or inspection
- Exposure to or ability to operate CNC machines
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Understanding of or willingness to learn cleanroom protocols
- Entry-level CNC machining experience
- Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or precision production
- Clean, controlled cleanroom setting
- Safety-first culture with strict quality standards

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
