Shift: 1st Shift

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality medical components:

• Set up and operate production & CNC machinery
• Monitor machine performance during production runs
• Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make basic adjustments
• Follow strict cleanroom and safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow

• 2+ years of machine operating experience
• Experience with machine setup, operation, or inspection
• Exposure to or ability to operate CNC machines
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Understanding of or willingness to learn cleanroom protocols

• Entry-level CNC machining experience
• Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or precision production

• Clean, controlled cleanroom setting
• Safety-first culture with strict quality standards
• Well-organized production floor designed for precision work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
