Position Overview
Join Ocean Spray as a Production Operator at the Kenosha Bottling Plant, working nights on a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (6:00p.m.–6:00a.m.). The role is full‑time, year‑round with a 3‑day weekend every other week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off). Production operators work indoors in a high‑speed manufacturing environment producing cranberry products.
Compensation & Benefits- Starting pay $23.66 per hour + $0.75/night shift differential.
- Potential to earn up to $32.20 per hour within 90 days.

12‑hour shift, 6:00p.m.–6:00a.m., 2‑2‑3 schedule. Every other weekend off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). 24/7 environment, possible holidays, flexible for day shift or night shift as needed.
Responsibilities- General housekeeping.
- Support line operators.
- Assist in the BDR and laboratory testing.
- Batching and unloading sugar trucks.
- Help the bulk line and perform rework/repack operations.
- Operate in the refinement area and stack product.
- Maintain cleanliness through Cleaning In Place (CIP).
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment (fill temperature, fill weights, torques, etc.).
- Document processes accurately and timely.
- Communicate with operators to maintain line productivity.
- Must be able to work 12‑hour shifts, every other weekend and some holidays.
- Flexible to work night or day shift as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 48 lbs occasionally.
- Willing to stand, walk, bend and maneuver around the plant for 12 hours.
- Must maintain excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to become forklift certified.
- Must wear protective equipment (safety glasses, steel‑toed shoes, hearing protection, hairnets, etc.).
- Effective use of hand tools and understanding of stoppages.
