About the Role

This opportunity is for a full-time Production Operator working on our night shift 7pm - 7am with rotating weekends. The starting rate is $23.00 per hour. There is an additional shift premium of $1.00 per hour for night shift.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate machines as assigned
  • Maximize output of equipment by minimizing downtime & minimize waste
  • Ensure machine and floors are free from debris and product
  • Identify machine problems and ensure they are resolved quickly
  • Work well with maintenance in eliminating downtime
  • Ensure product is produced / packaged according to company quality standards
  • Ensure machine is locked out according to company safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure Critical Control Points checks are completed
  • Monitoring equipment on a regular basis
  • Ensure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are practiced and maintained
  • Cleaning and sanitizing areas and equipment during changeover
About You
  • Able to work rotating shifts and overtime when required
  • Ability to meet/exceed goals in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50lbs
  • Meets the physical demands of the position
  • Excellent eye and hand coordination
  • Commitment to adhere to the company's GMPs including wearing uniforms and PPE
  • Competent problem‑solving skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to Ferrero safety, food safety and quality policies and procedures
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Previous experience working with food manufacturing equipment is preferred
