Location:

Onsite – Kohler, WI

Compensation:
Starting at $26.90, plus $1.50 shift differential.

Shift: 10:54 PM – 7:12 AM (3rd shift) with overtime; occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.

We are looking for an Enamel Cell Operator (CHRE) to join our team in Enamel Shop at Kohler, WI. Join a culture dedicated to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Handle, prepare, and inspect/pack castings for robotic enameling and auto sink line.
• Drive PIV, fill powder feeders, change forks, program enameling robots.
• Learn plate numbers and identify colors.
• Fill in and assist coworkers as needed.
• Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position.
• Pass a vision test to inspect ware.

• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Physical capability: ability to bend, lift, push weight; may find accommodation.

• Consistent attendance and reliable performance.
