General Labor (Evergreen)

Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine activities including preparing job sites, ensuring safety conditions, transporting materials, using power tools and other equipment, building temporary structures, and collaborating with other plant workers.

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment.
• Maintain the manufacturing area free from debris and dirt; ready or put away tools as assigned.
• Follow directions to operate machinery and supply routine materials and tools.
• Load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Perform routine property care activities.
• Carry out any non‑technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products.
• Report any issues to supervisor or higher‑level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.

• 1st Shift: 7 days from 6:30AM–2:30PM, followed by 4 days off.
• 2nd Shift: 7 days from 2:30PM–10:30PM, followed by 1 day off.
• 3rd Shift: 7 days from 10:30PM–6:30AM, followed by 2 days off.

Starting pay: $23.26 per hour. After successful completion of 90 days, pay rate is $26.71 per hour.
