Job Overview Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow detailed work instructions, processes & procedures, and maintain an even workflow.
• Examine and clean components for use, noticeable wear, damage & defects, and understand quality standards.
• Help the department in many different roles and areas, take on responsibilities and learn equipment.
• Verify & perform quality checks to ensure parts and components are correct and within standards.
• Operate and perform work using a variety of equipment, tools and machines (manual, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Keep department clean of trash, loose debris and dirt; sweep and mop job areas throughout the day.
• Assist others within the department, work as a team, and be able to work overtime when needed.
• Follow directions and perform all work assigned from supervisors and managers; be proactive and helpful.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment; be at your workstation on time daily.

• Ability to properly take and read various gauges and dimensions, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Mechanical background; past machine shop and automotive parts experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years old; high school diploma preferred; detail oriented; able to bend, twist, pull & push.
• Willingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and may have to work with chemicals.
• Skill at working with hands, multiple types of tools, fixtures, gauges and other instruments.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; stand & work on your feet for 8+ hours a day and under pressure at times.
• Have a can‑do attitude, with good time management, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others.
• Adhere to all safety rules, give it your all every day, and maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
