6:00am start time Monday thru Friday
Total Compensation: $69,000 - $94,000 annual salary range
Compensation for this position includes base salary, annual bonus opportunity, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role
What You’ll DoAs the Solutions Center Production Manager
, you will lead daily operations within our busy assembly, modification, and distribution environment. In this role, you’ll ensure efficient production workflows, maintain high quality and safety standards, and drive performance across a growing team. You’ll collaborate with sales, purchasing, marketing, and operations to deliver accurate, innovative, and on‑time solutions for our customers.
- Oversee daily production and shipping schedules through close coordination with sales, operations, and purchasing.
- Manage inventory accuracy, including adjustments, transfers, returns, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories.
- Ensure equipment, tools, and production areas meet safety, performance, and reliability standards.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members; provide ongoing support and performance feedback.
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Estimate and assign labor charges to ensure cost alignment with operational budgets.
- Oversee facility maintenance, warehouse supplies, and building security.
- 3+ years of manufacturing/assembly management experience (panel shop, harness manufacturing, or skilled trades preferred).
- Electrical and mechanical background required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and write technical procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
- Valid driver’s license; up to 15% travel.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
