What a day looks like

You’ll start your shift in a temperature- and particulate-controlled area, gown up for cleanroom work, and move between wiring, soldering, sub-assembly, and final integration on medical carts and enclosures. You’ll use precision torque tools, follow verified work instructions, and perform electrical tests to confirm performance. Along the way, you’ll:

Apply ESD controls and comply with ISO Class 5 cleanroom requirements when assigned to cleanroom tasks.

Handle electrical assembly, sub-assembly, and, as needed, mechanical final assembly on an assembly line based on production mix.

Verify parts and documentation—and at times review other assemblers’ work—to meet quality standards.

Model safe work practices with PPE and strict adherence to all safety procedures.

Troubleshoot tools, fixtures, test set-ups, and assembly builds when issues arise.

Maintain a 6S workspace with strong housekeeping habits.
