Build Custom Metal Projects. Take Pride in Your Craft.

Wagner is looking for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder & Fabricator to join our fabrication team. If you enjoy custom work, blueprint reading, and seeing a project come together from start to finish, this is an opportunity to put your craftsmanship to work.

You’ll fabricate custom handrails, balconies, stair systems, and architectural metal products—not repetitive production parts. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to showcase your welding and fabrication skills every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Fabricate custom steel, stainless steel, and aluminum products
  • Perform TIG and MIG welding based on project specifications
  • Read blueprints and fit up weldments with precision
  • Cut, prep, tack, and assemble components

Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards

Collaborate with teammates to deliver finished products on schedule
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Requirements What We’re Looking For
    • 3–5 years of TIG and/or MIG welding experience
    • Experience fabricating stainless steel, aluminum, or structural steel
    • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
    • Strong measuring, layout, and fit-up skills
    • Experience using hand tools, overhead cranes, and fabrication equipment
    • Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
    Why Wagner?

When you join Wagner, you become more than an employee—you become an owner through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

    We offer:
    • Employee Ownership (ESOP)
    • Competitive pay
    • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Paid holidays and paid time off
    • Stable, year-round work
    • Career growth and advancement opportunities
    • Collaborative team environment
    • Opportunity to build custom, high-quality products—not repetitive production work
    Why You’ll Love This Role

If you’re passionate about fabrication and enjoy seeing your work installed in commercial and architectural projects, this role offers variety, craftsmanship, and the opportunity to build products you’ll be proud of.
