2nd Shift Weld​/Fabrication Supervisor

Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Weld/Fabrication Supervisor to supervise

• Ensure production is to specifications
• Quality standards are being met 100%
• Ensuring all employees are working within the established safety guidelines
• The hours of this position are typically 3:00pm to 2am Monday – Thursday

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
• Monitor employee performance and work output
• Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Pay attention to details and have a strong drive to succeed

• Expanding, privately held organization
• Outstanding job security, 40+ hours a week, 52 weeks a year – in an organization that has been growing for years – and continues to do so.
• OT paid over 40 hours
