Sewing Lead

Join Our Team as Sewing Lead & Pattern Maker – Milwaukee, WI

• Lead a team of sewers to ensure all products are produced to the highest quality standards.
• Train and mentor new team members on sewing techniques, pattern making, and best practices.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure that all orders are completed on time.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any sewing‑related issues that arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sewing, patterning, and garment construction.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of industrial sewing machines and equipment.
