Raw Production Associate

The Raw Production Associate  is a full-time position with

Salmon’sMeat Products. A successful individual in this position would be one who is able to follow orders accurately, efficiently,isself-motivated andhasthe ability tobe flexible with interruptions throughout the day.

• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing,bending and walking
• Ability tooperatea scale and printer

Supervised by the production manager. Works closely andmaintainscommunication withall other Salmon’s Meat Product employees on both raw and packaging teams.

• Operate equipment to properly grind, mix,add seasoningand stuffing
• Retrieve and delivermeatto proper area: smoker,cooler,freezer,retail,etc.
• Ensureappropriatestorageof products areatoptimumconditions
• Operate food processing equipment to make hamburger patties
• Packagefood in an appetizing and clean manner
• Complete orderstimely,efficiently,and accurately
• Utilize the scale to accurately weigh product
• Inputstorenumber to generate proper pricing of product
• Ensureproducts are prepared by followingcleanliness and hygiene standards
• Labelmeat products accurately and appropriately
• Monitor the quality and quantity of meat products
• Clean and sanitizetables, trays,counters, coolers, freezer, floors,operatea floor scrubberetc.
• Assist with receiving product and help with inventory or warehouse organization

Perform other related duties as assigned

Aproductionassociate isa full-time positionassigned
40-50hours per week.

Productionhours are Monday through Friday.
