Assembly Lead

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assembly Lead to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the assembly operations, ensuring that our products are built to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of assembly workers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

Coordinate daily assembly activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Train new team members on assembly processes, safety protocols, and best practices.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and engineering, to resolve any assembly-related issues.

Maintain accurate records of production output and report on team performance metrics.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent;

IPC Certification REQUIRED Proven experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality control standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
