As part of our Packaging team in West Allis (WEA), you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality dairy culture products are packaged and delivered to customers. Our team is responsible for packaging dairy cultures at the WEA site and shipping finished goods to New Berlin.

The Role & Your Impact
As a Packaging Supervisor, you will lead and manage 2nd shift production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all activities. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing shift production operations to meet performance targets
* Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
* Driving safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
* Delivering continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing operations
* Providing operational support and coordinating across functions within WEA
This role has a local operational focus and works closely with site leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
* A Bachelor's degree in a business or science-related field
* 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels
* Proven leadership, collaboration, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced settings
* Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean, 5S)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Fluency in English (read, write, and speak)
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
While not required, the following are considered an advantage:
* Experience working in food production or regulated manufacturing environments
* Exposure to packaging operations or supply chain processes
* A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for optimization

Ways of Working / Working Conditions
* On-site role based in production at the WEA facility
* 2nd shift schedule: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
* Up to 10% travel may be required
* Fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring hands-on leadership and engagement
Compensation & Benefits
* Expected base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
* 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution
* Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time
