2nd shift Machine Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is vital to ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety. • Operate production equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines
• Conduct quality and food safety checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with standards
• Perform sanitation and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues promptly
• Follow all safety rules and policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace
• Document production activities and quality checks accurately
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and safety

• Monday–Thursday 4-day work week (weekends off)
• Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

• Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a safety-conscious environment
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
• Basic math and communication skills
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Valid Driver License
• Prior experience operating production or manufacturing equipment is preferred
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Environment is seasonally hot, humid, wet
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as well as some extended shifts (seasonally)
