This company operates at the intersection of specialty coatings, custom formulation, and contract manufacturing
, supporting a wide variety of technical challenges across multiple product lines and customer applications.

This is NOT a narrow, highly specialized R&D role.

This is NOT a “sit in a lab and formulate all day” opportunity.

This IS a highly visible technical role where you’ll help support formulation, manufacturing, troubleshooting, customer needs, and product development inside a fast-moving specialty chemicals environment.

• BS or MS in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Practical formulation experience in coatings or adjacent formulated chemical systems
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Hands‑on mentality
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
• Someone who enjoys solving problems and wearing multiple hats
