Packaging and Bottling Associate

• Manage bottling and packaging systems to facilitate a seamless production cycle.
• Examine items to verify they meet our quality and precision benchmarks prior to final packing.
• Apply labels and prepare goods for distribution in alignment with our internal guidelines.
• Help maintain a sanitary, orderly, and efficient workspace for the entire production team.
• Work alongside colleagues to achieve our collective daily output targets.
• Notify management immediately regarding any technical errors or quality discrepancies.
• Follow all established safety procedures and organizational policies to ensure a secure workplace for everyone.

• Completion of secondary education or a GED is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Prior background in a manufacturing or packaging setting is beneficial.
• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure to satisfy time-sensitive production requirements.
• Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail to help ensure the highest level of product quality.
• Fundamental mechanical aptitude for the operation and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Physical capability to stand for long shifts and lift loads weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
