Painter

Work Model:
This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

The Painter II independently performs routine industrial painting operations while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

• Apply coatings per work instructions and quality requirements
• Perform surface preparation and inspection
• Handle paint materials safely and correctly
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• 2–3 years of industrial or manufacturing painting experience
• Knowledge of surface prep and coating techniques
• Ability to read basic work instructions and specifications
• Forklift experience preferred
• SAP / Computer Experience preferred
• Overhead Hoist or Crane Experience preferred
