As a Trainee Machinist, you will receive hands‑on training to build a career in machining and manufacturing. You will work alongside experienced machinists to learn machine operation, part inspection, and production processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Operate CNC lathes, mills, and balancing machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure and inspect parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers)
• Assist with machine setup and production tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, geometry)
• Problem‑solving abilities
• Exposure to CNC programming

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
