• Monday–Friday 5 am–1 pm or 1 pm–9 pm
• Sunday–Thursday 9 pm–5 am

  Work Schedule:
  
  12‑hour 3/4 or 4/3 shift allowing 182 workdays per year while maintaining full‑time status
• All shifts offer overtime opportunities

• Set up and operate equipment according to written instructions
• Maintain color, fold, and mechanical quality to BPC standards
• Continuously monitor products for quality, approving or rejecting as needed
• Direct and coordinate activities of assigned crew members
• Perform make‑ready duties and general maintenance, including lubrication
• Document job details electronically and in paper records
• Perform duties of other Print Service manufacturing positions as needed following training

• Experience with press equipment such as Heidelberg XL 106 or KBA Rapida (training available for other equipment)
• Experience with bindery equipment such as Bobst 106 Expertcut, Spantera, and Vision Cut Die Cutters (training available)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to observe machine operations and adjust for optimal quality and safety
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Computer proficiency for quality verification
• Physical capability: lift 10–15 lb continuously, 50 lb occasionally, stand 8–12 hour shifts, use hands and wrists in controlled movements; good vision to identify defects
