Industrial Machinery Technician & CNC Operator

CNC Press Brake Operator – Milwaukee, WI

M-TH only and includes a shift premium. We are seeking skilled CNC Press Brake Operators to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate all Special Operations machinery and select Open End Die Cut machines.
• Examine work orders to determine specifications and sampling procedures.
• Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines.
• Monitor production for quality and safety.

Essential Duties:

• Operate basic production or warehouse machinery.
• Handle inbound and outbound materials.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

Compensation: $12.00 hourly.

Targeted at high potential CNC Programmers who want to grow into a technical expert in complex machining. Will not sit in repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for advanced machining.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to meet quality standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and process improvements.

Set up, adjust, and operate a Post Print Mounter machine. Cross‑training on Die cutters is expected.

Key duties:

• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
• Operate automatic machines with multiple integrated steps.

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM. Compensation based on experience, $30–45/hr we’re looking for an experienced Lead CNC Programmer.

Essential Duties:

• Guide and mentor junior programmers.
• Develop complex machining programs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
