About the role:
The Operator II role at the Manawa location supports the Production team and drives key initiatives to improve plant performance. The role involves inspecting materials, operating machines, recording production data, and ensuring product quality.
- Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of the packaging process
- Load raw materials and packaging into machines
- Record production data, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork
- Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments
- Perform deep cleans and changeovers
- Complete quality checks
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
- Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator
This full‑time role pays $26.81 per hour on our Yellow Days 2–2–3 schedule. Hours are 4:45am–5:00pm.
