Lead a skilled assembly team while directing the master shipping and delivery schedule
- LEADERSHIP DEPTH 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience (with at least 3-5 years in a decisive, take-charge production leadership role)
- LOGISTICS EDGE 1+ years of direct responsibility over master shipping schedules to guarantee on-time client deliveries
- TECHNICAL FLUENCY Strong proficiency using ERP systems for inventory and production data, alongside the ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- WORK SCHEDULE Fixed, stable 1st Shift: Starting at 6:00 AM (Averages 40 to 45 hours per week)
- EARNING POTENTIAL Up to $85,000 annual base salary for the ideal candidate + comprehensive employee benefits
- WORK TYPE Full-Time, Permanent, W-2 direct-hire position (Collaborative, custom manufacturing environment)
- LOCATION Brown Deer, WI area (Must reside within a dependable 45-minute daily driving radius of the plant)

Job Responsibilities- Leading daily operations for the production team, ensuring productivity targets are met through effective labor allocation
- Managing outbound shipping to guarantee on-time delivery of custom orders to clients as per schedule
- Maintaining accuracy in technical data by auditing Bills of Material, updating ERP systems, and overseeing productivity reporting
- Developing the skills of the shop workforce through training, safety compliance, and performance coaching
- Acting as the primary point of contact for equipment uptime, implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency
- Strong Leadership
Experience:
At least 5 years in manufacturing supervision, with a significant portion in a leadership role - Logistics Management:
Minimum 1 year overseeing shipping schedules for on-time deliveries - Commanding Presence:
Proactive and decisive personality with proven leadership skills - Technical Proficiency:
Strong computer skills with experience in ERP systems and reading technical blueprints - Stable Work History:
