Quad is seeking a Weekend Shift Sheetfed First Press Operator / Lead Sheetfed Operator in Franklin, WI. The role offers $25.00–$35.00/hour with a $2.00 weekend shift premium on a 5:00 am–5:00 pm Fri–Sun schedule, plus voluntary overtime during the week.
Responsibilities include setting up presses, running to spec, performing quality checks, maintenance, line clearance, and training other staff. Strong color theory, mechanical aptitude, and 12‑hour shift availability are required.
