STS Technical Services is hiring Fabricators in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
This is a full-time opportunity for hands‑on manufacturing professionals with experience in carpentry, blueprint reading, material measurement, and the safe use of hand and power tools.
The Fabricator will transform raw materials into finished components and structural assemblies by cutting, shaping, fitting, and assembling materials according to technical drawings and project specifications.

The Fabricator will support design‑build structural fabrication projects in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.
This role requires the ability to read blueprints, measure materials accurately, and use hand and power tools to produce finished components and structures. Candidates should be dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure and other measuring tools
- Cut, shape, fit, and assemble materials according to project requirements
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Support the fabrication of custom components and structural assemblies
- Inspect work throughout the fabrication process to maintain accuracy and quality
- Follow established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively with fabrication and production team members
- Complete assigned tasks independently when required
- Maintain strong attention to detail throughout each project
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Carpentry experience
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
