Manufacturing Operations Manager

Badger Talent Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to drive production, improve processes, and lead teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

This position will oversee daily operations for a specialized manufacturing division, with responsibility for output, quality, efficiency, on‑time delivery, continuous improvement, and overall team performance. It’s a strong fit for a manufacturing leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, production planning, process improvement, and accountability for results.

Qualifications
  • Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing operations, production management, or plant leadership role
  • Strong background in production scheduling, process improvement, employee development, and operational problem‑solving
  • Experience improving efficiency, reducing scrap, and driving corrective actions in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills
  • Experience in precision manufacturing, industrial processing, or a technical production environment is highly preferred
