Die Cutter III - PKG position ation:
Franklin, Wisconsin. This modern packaging facility produces folding cartons and blister cards using advanced printing and finishing equipment. The Die Cutter Operator efficiently performs set‑up and operates machines that die cut blank and/or pre‑printed stock. Wages start between $18.00 – $31.00 per hour and may be higher with previous die cutter experience. Shift options available: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Sunday – Wednesday with a $3.00 shift premium;

9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Sunday – Wednesday with a $3.00 shift premium.

• Follow all Company policies, procedures, and guidelines, and support teamwork, safety, contamination control, and efficiency.
• Follow pre-production, make‑ready, and production run tasks.
• Operate powered equipment.
• Occasionally train workers on the Die Cutting Machine operations, including feeding and take‑off functions.
• Ensure the work area is clean and that non‑conforming, overruns, and/or waste are delivered to the appropriate repository.
• Cross-train as assigned.
• Follow and adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment rules and regulations.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

• Ability to perform work‑related math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Adequate reading and use of measuring devices.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift 10–15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally; stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Good verbal and written comprehension; able to receive and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience with Bobst 106 Expertcut, Spanthera, and Vision Cut Die Cut Machinery.
• Some supervisory experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English (and Spanish, if applicable).
