Onsite in Kenosha, WI
Responsibilities- Lead all day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safety, production, material flow, quality performance, and equipment readiness.
- Achieve key business metrics across safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost while maintaining a highly efficient and responsive manufacturing operation.
- Set priorities and ensure alignment across production, engineering, quality, and materials to maintain production readiness.
- Establish and maintain a safe and clean work environment, cultivating a behavior‑based safety culture.
- Monitor KPIs and drive actions to close performance gaps.
- Ensure consistent execution of standard work, production flow, and operational discipline.
- Balance resources and adjust priorities to respond to demand changes and operational challenges.
- Promote employee engagement, accountability, and a continuous‑improvement mindset while providing coaching and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement and process‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Manage day‑to‑day production and optimize production flow, work instructions, rates, and standards.
- Support training and development of all employees.
- Additional responsibilities in support of overall business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (subject to relevance).
