Machine Operator; CNC Milwaukee, WI

Title: Machine Operator (CNC)

Location: Milwaukee, WI (onsite 5‑days/week)

Hire Type: Temp-to-Hire (3+ months)

Global Power Components is looking for machine operators with CNC experience to run and maintain our Cincinnati Laser.

• Monitor the operation of the machine
• Load programs from job folders
• Load steel on to carts of machine
• Change out lenses
• Cleaning of the machine and area surrounding the machine
• Maintenance of machine

• Computer literate
• Manufacturing experience
• Able to read blueprints
• Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Must be highly motivated
• Able to communicate and work well with others
• Must pass competency test, and pre‑employment physical including drug screen

• We are looking for dedicated team members that are detail oriented
• Most people on our team work a minimum of 45 hours or more per week
• We are looking for a core fit into the team that can help make a positive difference
