Full Time Direct Labor – Milwaukee, WI, US

Salary Range: $18.00 to $21.50 per hour

Shift Available:
Second Shift 2:30 pm – 11:00 am, Monday‑Friday.

In this vital role, you will perform set‑up and operation of inserting equipment, inserting hardware into fabricated metal components in accordance with quality and production standards.

• Insert a variety of hardware into steel fabricated parts using Haeger inserting equipment.
• Read mechanical drawings and understand standard and metric dimensions.
• Verify parts against print requirements and verify other operators’ work.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience and Training:

• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Read and understand basic work order information, mechanical drawings, and work instructions.
• Calculate dimensions and measurements.
• Interpret various basic instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Regularly operate PEM inserting machinery and measure dimensions.
• Read and follow written instructions and blueprints.
• Require close vision and math skills.
