On-site, you will ensure accurate progress integration, schedule integrity, and clear coordination across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. You will serve as a key owner's representative, driving transparency, accountability, and decision-ready reporting.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Lead schedule development, coordination, and analysis as an owner's representative for a multi-site data center program.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze Primavera P6 schedules with complete logic, coding, and activity structure.
  • Run weekly update cycles by coordinating with project managers, field teams, design partners, and commissioning leads.
  • Conduct site visits to validate progress, sequencing, and remaining durations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with clear insights, risk indicators, and recommended actions.
  • Support schedule risk reviews and scenario modeling.
  • Maintain baseline integrity and ensure changes follow structured change management processes.
  • Integrate long-lead procurement, manufacturing, and equipment delivery updates.
  • Align construction activities with commissioning and startup paths for critical power and mechanical systems.
  • Maintain consistent, audit-ready documentation and narratives for owner oversight.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 9 years of scheduling experience on large capital or data center projects.
  • Strong proficiency with Primavera P6.
  • Experience supporting owners or acting in an owner's-representative capacity.
  • Ability to validate field progress through structured reviews and periodic site visits.
  • Strong understanding of commissioning logic, MEP coordination, and critical path flow.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert complex schedule data into clear guidance for stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
