We are seeking a dedicated Paintline Team Member to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for hanging, masking, packaging and moving parts through the powder coating line. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork matter, we'd love to hear from you!
Shift Available:
Second Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Hang parts onto the paintline
- Mask unpainted area
- Spray paint powder in an even application
- Inspecting and unloading parts
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience and Training:
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience, paintline preferred
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Regularly required to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, use hands with fine dexterity movements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and read instructions in English
- Specific vision abilities include colored vision if spraying powder.
