Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in food and beverage products, is seeking a Production Line Operator Temp to Perm to join their team. As a Production Line Operator Temp to Perm, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $26-$28 per hour DOE.*
* ** Shift:
** First Shift 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate and maintain machinery on the production line to ensure smooth operations

+ Carry out basic quality and testing checks to meet product standards

+ Use lifting equipment and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, adhering to safety protocols

+ Supervise and collaborate with assistant line operators to oversee the entire packaging line

** What's Needed?*
* + Proven experience as a Production Line Operator or in a relevant manufacturing role

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials safely

+ Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations
