ONWARD SEARCH is seeking a 1st Shift Machine Attendant (Set-Up Mills) to support our client's manufacturing team in an on-site Milwaukee facility. This temp-to-perm role offers growth within a dynamic production environment.
You will operate and monitor machinery, set up machines for production runs, and conduct basic quality checks to ensure standards are met, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and assisting with basic equipment maintenance and supplies management.
