Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in weighing and prepping ingredients for mixers and blenders, as well as portioning them out. This position involves physical activity, including occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs and consistent lifting of 10-20 lbs throughout your shift. You will be working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
Responsibilities- Weigh and prepare ingredients for mixers and blenders.
- Portion ingredients accurately.
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10-20 lbs regularly during the shift.
- Work efficiently within a GMP environment.
- 2+ years of general production experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in working in refrigerated environments.
- Experience in picking, packing, loading, and unloading.

- GMP experience is a plus.

Work EnvironmentWork hours start at 5:00 am and continue until the tasks are completed, typically by 1:00 pm, with occasional 10-hour workdays. This position requires adherence to GMP standards, including wearing a hair net, beard net, steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses. The environment is non-refrigerated, ensuring a comfortable working temperature.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
