Production Operator I

Charter Wire, a leading Milwaukee manufacturer of cold rolled and shaped steel bar, seeks a Production Operator I to support safe, efficient steel processing. In this role, you will set up and operate production equipment, monitor line performance, perform basic quality checks, and handle materials to meet customer specifications. You'll follow strict safety and 5S standards, document production data, and collaborate with teammates and maintenance to resolve issues.
