Production Baker

COLECTIVO COFFEE ROASTERS seeks a Production Baker to create scratch-made breads, pastries, and baked goods for our cafés and customers. In this on-site role, you'll scale, mix, proof, and bake doughs, operate commercial equipment, and maintain high standards for quality, consistency, and food safety. You'll help manage ingredient inventory, package and label products, and keep the bakery clean and organized.
