Location: Pewaukee, WI
Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri (7:00am-3:30pm)

Brief
Job Description:
Setup and run product testing per engineer requirement. Analyze product failure modes and document findings for engineers and customers. Maintain lab test equipment by performing calibrations and repairs. Perform preventative maintenance on test stand equipment. Assemble and disassemble test products for analysis. Maintain and order tools and supplies for the lab. Perform wear testing using various fluids supplied by customers.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment in all lab areas. Using hand tools, the employee must be able to assemble and disassemble test-stand set-ups, products, and their installation and come into close contact with various operating fluids required for the test, function, and performance evaluation of products. Operate a variety of office equipment such as a personal computer, calculator, telephone, and fax machine.
Operate a variety of shop equipment such as hoists, cranes, lab, and production test stand equipment along with associated devices used for monitoring and measuring all size and performance aspects of a product under development, test or production.
