- Set up and operate Haas mills, turning centers, and G&L boring bars
- Program and edit G-code, M-code, and Mastercam programs
- Select tooling and optimize machining processes
- Machine parts to tight tolerances (±0.005")
- Perform inspections and maintain high-quality standards
- Work with a team committed to craftsmanship and safety
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- G-code/M-code and CAM software experience (Mastercam preferred)
- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds
- Precision measurement and inspection skills
- Monday-Thursday
- 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Journeyman certification or 2-year technical degree preferred
- Strong math skills, including geometry and trigonometry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical shop duties
- Trainee opportunities are available for candidates with foundational machining knowledge who may not yet meet all position requirements. Individuals hired at a trainee pay rate must meet the minimum qualifications of the CNC Machinist position within one year of their hire date.
