The Powder Production Team Lead supports the safe, efficient, and

consistent operation of the powder manufacturing process by providing

day-to-day leadership and direction to production team members while

actively participating in production activities. This role is

responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring adherence to

established procedures and quality standards, and fostering

collaboration with Quality Control and Plant Leadership to meet

leadership, coaching, and guidance to production team members to promote

safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork. Serve as the primary point

of contact for production team members in the absence of the Shift

Supervisor. Monitor and audit production processes to ensure compliance

with work instructions, setup procedures, quality standards, and safety

requirements. Partner with the Quality Control Department to identify,

troubleshoot and resolve product quality concerns. Support efficient

production operations by maximizing equipment uptime and assisting with

all aspects of the manufacturing process as needed. Read, interpret, and

accurately follow batch ticket instructions and production

specifications. Measure, weigh, and stage raw materials using scales and

other equipment to ensure accurate batch preparation. Complete all

required production records, batch documentation, and ERP system

transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Develop proficiency in

production scheduling processes and provide backup support for the

Manufacturing Coordinator when needed. Maintain a clean and organized

work area; perform equipment cleaning and follow all housekeeping
