BW Paper systems in Phillips, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive efficiencies, quality, and cost improvements through lean initiatives and capital projects. The role requires hands-on collaboration with Design Engineering and Operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
You will develop assembly and manufacturing methods, apply A3 thinking, and lead lean implementations such as 5S, VSM, and Kaizen. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
