Machine Set Up Technician - $24-$32/hr

Sunlite Plastics, a division of Diversatek, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for experienced Machine Setup Technicians in our Medical Tubing Division in Germantown, WI. We are a plastics extrusion company that provides custom tubing to medical markets. 3rd Shift, 12am-8:30am. $2 an hour Shift Premium.

• Set up machines.
• Make adjustments to machines
• Diagnose and remedy operation and tooling complications.
• Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards.
• Cleanout machine and prepare for material change.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency, to execute schedules and to allow for uninterrupted set‑ups.
• Maintain proper documentation through accurate records of production process and machine settings.
• Communicate job status to department manager.
• Assist in training operators.
• Contribute to continual improvement.
• Follow the safe practices and housekeeping policies.

• Proven experience as a Machine Setup Technician (training on extrusion machines and processes will be provided)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
