Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Processing operator to join their team. As a Processing operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Processing operator

Pay Range: $28

Shift: 2nd
Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)

What's the Job?

  • Operate processing machinery to produce high-quality products following established guidelines.
  • Make minor adjustments to machinery to ensure proper product formation and quality standards.
  • Monitor and log temperatures, raw material weights, and process times, making adjustments as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance, changeovers, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Communicate quality issues promptly and elevate concerns to the appropriate team members.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • 1-year production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a loud environment.
