Production Operator

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. This entry-level position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to safely produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced production environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and maintain a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Shift: 7PM-7AM
** 3 Days On, 3 Days Off Rotation

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate manufacturing equipment including mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, and palletizers.

+ Monitor and maintain complex production machinery to meet safety and efficiency standards.

+ Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality procedures to ensure safe and quality production.

+ Record material usage manually and via computer, accurately fill out process batch sheets.

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, to enhance operational efficiency.

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk throughout the workday.

+ Capability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.

+ Proficiency in using computer controls and basic hand tools.

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills to work cooperatively with colleagues and leadership.

+ Willingness to rotate through different work functions as required by process flow.
