Molding Technician

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc, a leader in cable carriers and machine protection systems, is seeking a Molding Technician to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor molding equipment to produce high-quality components used in our cable carrier and protection solutions. Responsibilities include performing tool changes, basic troubleshooting, and routine adjustments to maintain production efficiency and part quality.

You will inspect molded parts, document results, and follow all safety and quality procedures while working in a collaborative, team-focused environment that emphasizes continuous improvement and employee development. The Molding Technician also assists with material handling, supports preventive maintenance activities, and contributes ideas to optimize processes and reduce scrap, helping drive our reputation for reliable, high-performance products.
