Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of industrial equipment to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
- Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred (or willingness to learn).
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- A strong mechanical and electrical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with production equipment such as grinders, mixers, stuffers, smokehouses, and packaging equipment.
- Ammonia refrigeration experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
- Some welding will also be required.
