Production Manager

Badger Talent Solutions is seeking a Production Manager for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Milwaukee, WI

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery goals
• Develop production schedules, manage workflow, and coordinate resources to maximize productivity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, improving efficiency, and lowering manufacturing costs
• Coach, mentor, and develop production teams while managing performance, training, and employee engagement
• Partner with maintenance and engineering to support equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and capital improvement projects
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and overall plant performance

What You Bring:

• Previous leadership experience as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or Plant Manager
• Strong background in precision manufacturing, machining, metalworking, or industrial manufacturing
• Experience leading production planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proven success improving productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
• Experience developing teams and fostering a positive, accountable culture
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement experience preferred
