Badger Talent Solutions is seeking a Production Manager for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Milwaukee, WI
. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader who enjoys driving operational performance, developing teams, and leading continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment.
You’ll oversee daily production operations while partnering with leadership to improve productivity, quality, safety, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery goals
- Develop production schedules, manage workflow, and coordinate resources to maximize productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, improving efficiency, and lowering manufacturing costs
- Coach, mentor, and develop production teams while managing performance, training, and employee engagement
- Partner with maintenance and engineering to support equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and capital improvement projects
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and overall plant performance
What You Bring:
- Previous leadership experience as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or Plant Manager
- Strong background in precision manufacturing, machining, metalworking, or industrial manufacturing
- Experience leading production planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven success improving productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
- Experience developing teams and fostering a positive, accountable culture
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement experience preferred
