Weekend Paint Supervisor

STS Technical Services is hiring a Weekend Paint Supervisor to join our growing team in Milwaukee. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with a unique schedule: work four 10-hour days over the weekend, and choose one additional weekday to complete your 40-hour week. Overtime is available but never required. We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and a desire to build consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Monitor production flow and resolve manufacturing issues quickly Lead the paint team to ensure consistent output and quality standards Apply 2-part polyurethane paint using a spray gun up to 65 PSI Support automotive paint applications at 25–45 PSI (preferred) Troubleshoot equipment and paint process issues to minimize downtime Perform accurate measurements and calculations to meet customer specs Work flexible hours when needed to support urgent production runs Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance on the shop floor What It Takes to Be Successful 2+ years of polyurethane spray gun painting experience Automotive or industrial painting experience preferred Manufacturing background with problem-solving ability Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to lead, motivate, and keep the team on schedule Self-motivated with excellent communication skills Ability to pass a competency test, spray test, physical, and drug screen Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus Why STS Technical Services STS Technical Services partners with some of the most respected manufacturing and industrial companies across the U.S. We help talented professionals like you find rewarding careers with great pay, benefits, and consistent work schedules.
