Quad is seeking a Perfect Binder Operator for the Sussex, WI location. The primary function is to set up, maintain, and run the Perfect Binder with emphasis on the gathering section to produce the best attainable quality.
You will also assist in evaluating production capabilities and personnel, reporting to the shift supervisor. The role requires experience with binder operations, good mechanical aptitude, and the ability to train and lead a crew.
