Lakefront Brewery in Wisconsin seeks a full-time Brewer for the third shift, with a strong background in production brewery operations and preferably brewing education (Siebel, UC Davis). Cellar experience including tank cleaning, yeast management, dry hopping and beer sensory evaluation is a plus.
You will produce wort on a five-vessel brewhouse, ensure quality control, manage yeast, and maintain clean, compliant operations. Third shift:
Mon-Thu 9pm–7am with opportunities for growth.
